Inclined conveyor

The Inclined Conveyor can be matched with other processing equipment, it's designed to convey and meanwhile lift the granule material from one level to another. The belt for the inclined conveyor can be food grade engineering plastic belt, modular belt, stainless steel wire belt, and etc. The belt width and the discharge height are customized according to the users' requirements.

The belt with flight or cleats are very commonly used for inclined conveyor which permanently fixed to a flat or modular belt to help stop product fall back or slide down. It's supplied with a constant speed as standard configuration, and it can be upgraded into options for variable speed by mechanical speed regulator or variable speed by variable frequency drive. The motor for the conveyor can be electric drum, adjustable-speed motor or low speed motor.

Inclined screw conveyor

Air cooling conveyor

The Air Cooling Conveyor is designed for intensive cooling of the products after frying, cooking or blanching. It adopts ambient-air blowing system and stainless steel wire belt to cooling down the product on transportation.

The conveyor has single layer and multilayer, the single layer structure is divided into flat conveyor and inclined conveyor. The length and width of the conveyor belt can be customized.
